- 8 oz. sirloin steak (thinly sliced)
- bean sprouts
- fresh herbs (eg mint, basil, cilantro)
- Sriracha
- lime
- scallions
- 3 onions (diced)
- 1 cup shiitake mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 cups cremini mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 star anise
- 3 cloves
- 1/2 tsp. coriander
- 1/4 tsp. canela
- 8 cups vegetable broth (can also use chicken or beef if you're not vegetarian)
- 3 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
