    Great basic recipe. Seemed very accurate as far as proportions of liquid, cooking times, etc. I sauteed a little over a pound of ground venison (with some spices) first, followed the directions as written, and then added a big handful of chopped kale at the end with the cheese to make it more of an entire meal in a pot. Will use this as a good starting point in the future!

    My husband and I really liked this dish, but my kids didn’t. This was very easy to make and I will make it again. I added sausage, next time I will add ground beef.

    It was really good . I would make this again
