This was OK. We doubled and used chicken broth because it's what we had. I also used some brown rice and some wild rice. So I guess I can not give the best review since we varied some from the recipe. My husband said it just tastes like gravy. I did like the consistency and texture and the cashew/yeast cream was very neat.

Soup was so delicious. I stupidly forgot to grab wild rice and used brown rice instead. It was still delicious but the leftovers were more of a risotto texture than soup. Definitely am making again, but I will be sure to grab the right rice

Good stuff! Threw some chicken in there as well. The cashew/yeast purée addition was really interesting.

Soooo good and so easy! I did half vegetable broth and half chicken broth but otherwise did everything the same. It was hard to stop eating it

Wow! Delicious!!! I’ve tried other wild rice soups and didn’t like them, this I’ll be making again!
I added rotisserie chicken and heavy cream instead of the cashew milk because I’m lazy 😆

Loved this soup! Will double the recipe next time as it doesn’t make a huge amount for two if you want leftovers.

Delicious. I took the recommendation to double the amount of cashews (with the same amount of water) and it was so creamy. This was a big hit in my family and I’m making it again!

This soup is delicious. I needed to add a some more salt. Recommend soaking the wild rice overnight or for a couple of days to soften.

Good! Tasty, but not super flavourful. The cashew cream sauce was a bit watery, which made the soup less creamy than expected. Next time I will double the cashews and add more nutritional yeast.
