This turned out excellent! I also keep the rotisserie spices in a separate container for other uses.

So tender and the meat held their juices so it wasn’t dry. I did stuff the cavity with a Meyer lemon, half an onion, a couple cloves of garlic and I had 4-5 thyme sprigs that I needed to use up. I added two extra minutes to the cooking time and after the slow release was finished I left it on warm as I did a quick sauté of yellow squash to go with it. Will definitely keep as a go to.
