A favorite instant pot whole chicken recipe - the rosemary and gravy makes the dish. A quick broil quickly gives a nice crisp skin. I like to add thyme and cayenne pepper in addition to the smoked paprika.

Kind of difficult recipe to follow—you use ingredients for the rub, then in saluting, then when you pressure cook the chicken and then the sauce. The recipe did not state what amount for each in each part—kind of confusing. Gave it my best shot but wouldn’t use recipe again.
