Very tasty. Made it with a homegrown whole chicken, brined in salt water for several days, and it was amaaaaazing.

Tasty and easy. I put half of the compound butter under the chicken skin. 1 cup of water is not necessary- will water down the flavor. I only placed 1/4 cup if at all. There will be so much juice already around the chicken when it’s done. Make a gravy with it
