Cooked this once, liked it, saved it, now the recipe is gone. Where did it go?

Delicious! To make it thicker, I puréed 1can of beans with the broth before adding to the pot. Used 2 full jalapeños as we like it a bit spicy. It needed more salt for my taste.

This is a wonderfully easy recipe. Lots of different things can be added according to your family taste. We added poblanos, cactus, onion, fresh cilantro stems and tomatillos, & Herdez green salsa in the jar. We had ours over rice with crushed tortilla chips, avocado & Monterey Cheese. Definitely making this again, it makes a large batch and can be frozen.

Very good! I didn’t have celery, so left it out. Added an extra half cup of broth because I like my chili thinner This was full of flavor!

Quite watery—almost more of a soup than a chili. Seems like it needs more flavor but this as a base is quite easy and delicious.

Made this recipe last night in my Instant Pot and my husband and I Ioved it! Great flavor, easy to make, and just enough heat.

Fabulous! I left seeds in one large jalapeño but for us we like more heat so next time I will keep seeds for both. Left the sour cream out for picky peeps and added to our own servings. Will definitely make again.
It was delicious! We left out the green peppers, neither of us are fans, but otherwise stuck to the recipe
