Really good! Easy to make once you are able to find all the spices. It did take some time for my instant pot to build pressure. And releasing the pressure created a mess!!! I had to contain the steam before it got all over the kitchen. Tasting the broth may taste pretty bland but after putting the bowl together you can really taste the spices.
Suggestions: use small pho noodles (rice noodles), add hoysin and Siracha for added flavor.
