Very good!
I didn’t have any hot sauce. Subbed 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper. Also added Tablespoon (or teaspoon) of chipotle sauce. Was pretty spicy! Also subbed a can of V8 juice for some of the water.

It’s pretty good. I don’t cook with salt so I choose to leave it out of the recipe. Bad decision. I’ll will make it again but next time I’ll add the salt.
