Do about 10 cups water (fill about 1/3 of the pot). Generous garlic, also add extra seasonings (garlic and herb, all purpose, granulated onion, bay leaf). I do 45 min high pressure, let it sit another 5 min, then quick release. Pull the inner pot out and set on stove to let cool or use ice water bath, then pour into glass jars with my funnel. An IP insert strainer for doing broths, etc works really well for straining out the big pieces.
