Hubby, Keith, loved this - wants us to make it for the parents. I added some butter to the oil initially, and apple cider vinegar instead for the white. Keith added more butter and heavy cream, along with shredded cheddar, at the end. Crumbled bacon would also be a good topping option - or you could sub red onion for the green....
