Came out exactly as described. A much healthier mac-n-cheese than traditional! I did cheat by adding a little white cheddar :)

This is super delicious! I made a couple of adjustments because I used regular pasta: I only added one cup of water that I swished in the blender, only cooked for 10 mins then did a quick release and I'd use less salt next time.
