- 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds (or ¼ teaspoon ground cumin)
- 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
- 1/4 tsp. mustard powder (ground)
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. ginger (grated)
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 cup red bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 cup sliced carrots (cut into half moons if very wide)
