Spicy! Like, New Orleans spicy, even though I left out the jalepeno after seeing the amounts of cayenne and cumin. Delicious, though. I left it at stew thickness and served it over white rice to absorb the spice in my tummy. Will definitely make again, but probably will reduce the amount of each spice.
