- 1 bay leaf
- 400 grams chopped tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste (/concentrated puree)
- 3 cups vegetable stock (750 ml with 1+1/2 stock cubes)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. caraway seeds (or cumin seeds)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 300 grams feta cheese (broken or diced into cubes)
- fresh oregano (for garnish, optional)
