- 2 Tbsp. sriracha (or more if you want it spicier, this makes it mild/med.)
- 1/3 cup hoisin sauce

I doubled the recipe and the sauce ended up a little too thin and salty, but some corn starch and maple syrup fixed that in no time. Cooking time was perfect! I’ll modify for my own taste next time, but I’ll definitely make this again!
