    Lessons were learned! Specifically, that ‘manual’ is called ‘pressure cook’ on my 6 quart pot, and that I need to use foil or a steamer tray so tamales don’t touch water. Update: Second time was the charm. Worked great even though I used parchment paper instead of husk. I appreciate having this instant pot recipe for reference.
