I was a little skeptical, as the idea of pasta with taco flavors is initially weird, but could not resist how easy this is to make. I added an extra tablespoon of taco seasoning because I was worried it would be bland (total of three T of seasoning), and it was the right choice. For how easy this was, it was pretty dang good. We used shredded lettuce, corn chips, lime crema, and taco sauce for toppings and it was delicious. Next time I will need to go six minutes on the instant pot, as some of the shells were a little under cooked, but otherwise a weeknight winner.

This was good but needs more seasoning. Cook time was spot on. I used whole wheat penne. Will make again with a bit more seasoning/spice.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but realized that its so yummy! Definitely excited to make this again!

It was quick and easy but not our favorite. We probably wouldn’t make again unfortunately.

It was good but the directions didn't state to drain the meat after cooking and I think I should have because it came out quite greasy. Will update next time.

Will add more seasoning next time, but all in all, success. We topped ours with fritos for a little crunch.

Family loved it! I got a little discouraged because my noodles were sticking and didn’t cook, but I let it sit and they finally got done.

My family loved it and have already requested it again. I used double the pasta so used double the broth
