Good flavor. I added the pineapple juice as well because it adds good acid. Also used some rice vinegar when I thought it needed more vinegar when I was doing the sauce. I prefer more sour than sweet though.
More sauce than pork, but my family doesn’t put sauce on rice because they’re weird.
