- 2 Tbsp. chipotles in adobo sauce (chopped)
- 14.5 oz. fire roasted diced tomatoes (drained)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth (or bone broth)
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar (optional)

- chopped cilantro (or parsley)
