So delicious! Served with the butter sauce. Definitely making again while artichokes are here and fresh. Also can be served with lemon aioli, yum! Cook them face down. It’s easier to check them when you think they’re done and they may cook faster. I had to put mine in for 8 more minutes. They were large!
