  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 5 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 yellow onion (large, sliced thin, if you’re an onion lover you could definitely do 2 onions)
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 3/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 4 steak fillets (thick, 1 1/2 inches)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 cup cucumber (diced, seeded and shredded)
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill (or 2 Tbsp fresh dill)
  • 3/4 salt (kosher tsp)

    Really yummy and really easy! The broiling at the end quickly browned the steak which was a great touch. Cooked mine for 3 minutes bc we like it medium rare, it was perfect. 👌🏻
