- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (this was one large lemon for me)
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 5 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 yellow onion (large, sliced thin, if you’re an onion lover you could definitely do 2 onions)
- 1 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 3/4 tsp. allspice
- 4 steak fillets (thick, 1 1/2 inches)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 cup cucumber (diced, seeded and shredded)
- 1 Tbsp. dried dill (or 2 Tbsp fresh dill)
- 3/4 salt (kosher tsp)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)

- pita (Soft, folds, I always use the Papa Pita brand)
- grape tomatoes (Sliced)
- feta cheese

Really yummy and really easy! The broiling at the end quickly browned the steak which was a great touch. Cooked mine for 3 minutes bc we like it medium rare, it was perfect. 👌🏻
