Very good. I used 3 fresh peppers and 1 onion, 1 lb of sirloin steak. We ate it in baked taco shells with cheese and avocado. Delicious. Personally I would add more heat next time for us because we like spicy food though.

My first time using my Instant Pot! I had my doubts... more about the IP than the recipe. Very easy to make and tasted good. Used fajita seasoning instead of taco but used a little more than the recipe called for.
