Turned out really good!!! I modified it a little bit, I didn’t want to precook my lentils so I just added about 1 cup dried lentils and an extra cup of water and it still turned out great!

This was DELICIOUS!!! I used 3 cups dry eggless noodles (had no spaghetti) and sautéed mushrooms with the onion and garlic…also added dried parsley at the end in my bowl. I will definitely make again (my boyfriend loved it too!).
