Recipe was delish! Super easy cleanup too! For the new Instant pot users out there (like myself)...you need to make sure to switch the IP from the sauté setting to pressure cook high setting once the lid is sealed. I cooked for 8 minutes and the noodles were al dente. The instructions for this recipe did not include that step. Bon apetit!

Used 12oz noodles with 3C water. Used ground turkey. I don't eat meat, but it was a hit with my husband and son!
