Good recipe, accurate and quick. I made a personal mistake by using larger pasta. By doing this, I should have increased the pressure time to 14 minutes and more than 1/2 the jar of water. I did only use 24oz as compared to 48oz of sauce as recommended but that was okay as I am fine with pasta not soaked in sauce. Next round I make my adjustments and have full confidence that it will be perfect.
Made this a second time. This time used actual spaghetti and not large ziti. Pasta was very good but I can't seem to master the ability to have all of the spaghetti not come out hard. I get some clumps of spaghetti which are a bit south of al dente. Pasta close to the bottom is perfect. The pasta closest to the lid is not as cooked. Any suggestions on how to alleviate this issue would be appreciated.
