- 1 shallot (large, finely chopped, about 1/2 - 3/4 cup chopped)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup dry white wine (great picks: chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, pinot grigio)
- 28 oz. crushed tomatoes (can of)
- 2 1/2 lb. spaghetti squash (no need to cut it in half, just stab it a bunch of times all over with a sharp knife, carefully!)
- 1 lb. jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined)

- fresh flat leaf parsley (chopped, to garnish if ya like, optional)
