Just not that flavorful. By the next day the leftovers had become one large bean

The instant pot is not that instant when you add in the preheat time - started this too late to serve for dinner that night so I kept it on Slow Cook / Warm for 20 hours. I didn’t have celery so I added 1 chayote squash and some frozen chopped broccoli. The broth turned out really nice, thick & flavorful, but the veggies got too soft. In addition to dried thyme & rosemary I used 1/2 tsp each various dried herbs: basil, marjoram, & oregano. It was a little bland so I would use more herbs next time.

Turned out good- the kids ate it so it will be made again! Healthy and tasty
