    It turned out well for the first dinner recipe I made. Only miss was that I didn’t put enough water in the pot to support the stacked steamers I had in there. Make sure to have ample water in your instant pot if cooking this with stacked steamer pots - helps make dinner in a flash. Otherwise great recipe and a definite go-to in the future
