I’m not a steak lover, but this was quick and mighty tasty. I had a cheap cut of steak that had been cubed. It turned out super tender. I didn’t have any mushrooms but it was still great.

Good, easy meal.
Served with potatoes and salad.
Not crazy about the flavor of the cubed steaks so I might try another cheap cut, but will make this again.

Wonderful again...
Easy...the only thing was whether to let it release on its own or do a quick release. The recipe was not detail enough .....

Good! Did it without the mushrooms but used a mushroom gravy. Turned out perfect, tender angus steak, which I was reluctant to cut up, turned out superb.
