This was ok. The flavor wasn’t bad but I think it could be improved if you used less beef broth so that the wine flavor is more concentrated. Also I used cornmeal like the recipe called for and discovered it doesn’t taste as good as polenta, maybe it was a courser grind? Short ribs are expensive so I think I would find another recipe next time instead of making this one again
