    Delicious and tender roast. My chuck roast was partially frozen. I changed the recipe a bit in that I seared my beef first and cooked on the Meat/Stew setting for 90 minutes then let it release naturally. I used 1 can mushroom soup and 1 cup water. I should have paid more attention to the comments and used 1/2 cup water. I also added a sprinkle of garlic powder and onion powder. I thickened gravy with Wondra mixed in a little water. It was delicious but we had a lot of gravy left over. I will definitely make this again.
