- 2 Tbsp. chopped rosemary (plus stems)
- 1 large white onion (sliced into thick rings)
- 16 oz. peppers (pepperoncino, drained, stemmed, and seeded)
- 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning (see Recipe Note #1)
- 6 kaiser rolls (sliced in half, 1 for each sandwich)
- 4 oz. sliced provolone cheese (1 slice per sandwich)
