  • 2 tablespoons salted butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic (sliced/)
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth ( 2 cups beef broth)
  • 1/2 cup dry red wine ( 1 cup dry red wine)
  • 1 packet onion soup mix (to be added AFTER cooking ← Ditto)
