- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (you just need enough to coat bottom of pot)
- 2 Tbsp. salted butter
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic (sliced/)
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup beef broth ( 2 cups beef broth)
- 1/2 cup dry red wine ( 1 cup dry red wine)
- 1 packet onion soup mix (to be added AFTER cooking ← Ditto)
- veggies (to be wrapped in individual foil packets:)
- 14 oz. baby carrots (bag of, adjust to taste)
- 1 lb. yellow potatoes (or baby white, adjust to taste)
