Delicious! We like our rice wetter so per the instructions, I added an extra cup of chicken broth - so 3 c. chicken broth, 2 c. water. Used fresh garlic and probably more than 1 tbsp. Used a full onion. Not sure how many ounces of andouille i used but it was 2 sausages about the length of brats. My family doesn't do a lot of spice so we wouldn't want anymore than that! Rice was perfectly cooked, I used the rice button on More.
