- 1 1/2 cups pale ale beer (or apple cider to be alcohol-free)
- 1/2 cup water (to keep the sugars from scorching on the bottom of the inner pot)
- 1 sweet potato (medium)
- 2 carrots
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1 sheet puff pastry (cut into four equal pieces, we use a store bought refrigerated one)
- 1 mango (ripe, or thawed frozen mango, cut into small pieces)
