    A little bland, but good texture.

    The pork turned out perfectly tender BUT you may have to season it after it comes out of the pot. I rubbed it generously with seasoning before cooking but the meat was still a little bland. After I shredded it with a fork I just sprinkled some more seasoning. Then it was perfect. Served with coleslaw, bbq sauce on a bun.
