Delicious! Goes great in mac and cheese and nachos. I used a 6lb roast and leftovers disappeared the in a day. Definitely will be making again. Easiest pulled pork recipe I’ve made.

I definitely recommend pairing with Sonny's BBQ sauce. It was really good and tender. and easy to make.

good flavor but i think it needs more liquid as I kept getting the Burn Food notice from my instant pot.

Very excellent, used country style ribs, will probably sub home made chicken stock instead of the water next time

This turned out perfect instead of the vinegar I used 1/2 cup apple juice for spice parsley dill Nature's Seasoning and Season salt I did sear it on all sides 1 hour it came out fall apart tender and delicious will make again and again

Turn out GREAT The whole family loved it the low black pepper was perfect for my wife who does not like pepper at all so everyone won on this one

Followed the recipe as presented. Didn't have the apple cider vinegar though, and substituted Malt Vinegar.
Left the dry-rubbed pork in the fridge for a few hours before sauteing and instantpot-ting...
Best pulled pork I think I've ever been able to make. Very flavorful. Will definitely make this again!

I did it without the brown sugar and it came out very well cooked and tasty. Thank you for the recipe.
