I Used my instant pot to make this simple receipe with little changes. I used beef broth instead of water, and mixed in 1 pouch of Mcormicks pull pork rub to all the dry ingredients. I made a 5 lbs. but didn't use all rub. Also added little BBQ sauce to the beef broth. It came out amazingly yummy. Easy fall apart pull pork. after cooking- Added baby sugar rays BBQ sauce to make sandwiches. Family love it.

Omg! Simple and delicious. Falls apart. The seasoning is perfect.

Delish-used Kraft honey BBQ sauce and put in broiler for about 5 mins after instant pot, added a little more salt and pepper. Family loved it! Thank you!

Pretty decent recipe. One must be a fan of smoked paprika, however. There is an abundance of paprika, so much that it may be overpowering for an untrained palate. I suggest 1 1/2, or even 1 1/4 tablespoons, rather than the 2 called for.

This was amazing! The pork was literally falling apart as I took it out of the Instant Pot and the spices were a very nice touch.
