    Moist, flavorful, right amount of flavor but did add a little bbq sauce when served.

    Excellent recipe--would make again. It needed about 90 min in the instant pot v. 60 in the recipe.

    Smallest I could find at the store was almost 7 lbs. so 1 hour wasn't long enough. After we ate some, I started it back up got 30 additional minutes. It cooked all the way through and practically fell apart! Removed from liquid and pulled it apart, then mixed in about half a bottle of bbq sauce. It Was Perfect!
