    Delicious! My family really enjoyed it, and it was super easy to make. I did add bacon, when I added the cheese. Will definitely make again.

    I added jalapeño and bacon to the instant pot at the beginning. I only used 4 potatoes and 5 cups of broth. There was more than enough chunks of potatoe. I used 2-3 cups of pepper jack cheese and half pack of Macn’cheese cheese. Excellent!

    Delicious, my family and I thought it was great. If you like a cheesy potato soup that's very easy to make then I highly recommend this recipe.

    Pretty good! Used multicolored potatoes (red, yellow, purple) to make it pop. Cooked the bacon at the bottom of the pot first, then added potatoes, etc. Salt and pepper is definitely to taste, lol. I like some kick to my food. This was a pretty easy recipe to make and should please the instant pot gods.
