Loved it. But I changed it up a little to make it vegetarian, used coconut milk instead of cream, added sour cream at the end, added tricolor bell pepper to the veggies, used bac'n bits instead of bacon, added herbs de provence, parsley and smoked paprika. Easy recipe and delicious!
