Amazing flavour. I recommend sauté ingredients first the rich buttery onion flavour permeates through. Cut back on cream may not even need any

came out totally delicious. so simple but packed full of flavor. i left some potatoes out from the blender just to have some texture

Sometimes simple is best and this was simply MARVELOUS 🤩. I was cooking just for me so cut the recipe down to a third and got two big bowls of soup out of it
