Wonderful. I used 4 lbs. chuck roast, 1 lb sliced mushrooms, 1.5 creamer potatoes, 1.5 lbs carrots, 1/3 C beef broth, 1 C red wine. Pressure cook the meat for 50 minutes without the vegetables. Release the pressure then add the carrots and potatoes and pressure cook for 10 minutes. Vegetables came out perfect.
