Crazy easy and crazy good! I used fresh vegetables instead of frozen. This recipe goes into the dinner rotation for us.

The meat was absolutely delicious, great recipe!! The vegetables were not very good, only because they were frozen, flavorless mush.. It will be much better with fresh vegis. Of course this is not the fault of the recipe submitter, the midnight baker.

It was pretty good, The beef was very tender. Overall the flavor was right but it just seemed bland. I’ll definitely make it again, but I’ll be adding some spices.

It was very tasty! First time making pot roast ever! I wanted a simple but delicious recipe and this hit the spot! The meat was so tender and savory. Will definitely make again.

Turned out good the meat could have been a little more tender but that may be just the type of meat I used. The vegetables were really good and loved how easy it all was.
