I used a bacon pepper tenderloin. So flavorful & moist! My husband said it’s the most moist pork he’s ever had. I won’t add as much salt next time though (the bacon on the tenderloin probably had plenty.)

This was very tasty! I did the sauce as well and everyone really enjoyed it.

This was good. I doubled the cooking liquid . If you use the 2 Costco pork tenderloins cook a little longer maybe 8minutes. Added cornstarch to gravy to thicken.
