AMAZING!! I doubled the recipe for making 2 tenderloins at the time. My scrub was a bit different but with pretty much the same herbs. I really appreciated the instructions with photos, I didn’t measure the temperature when done but followed every direction and it turned out really delicious. I also used arrowroot instead of cornstarch and it worked well, the glaze is so good, I seved over jasmine rice with broccoli and carrots! Will definitely repeat!
