Most delicious! Will make this again and again. I can’t believe the sear with using BUTTER! I would never had done this. I always use olive oil, but what a beautiful golden brown. I did clean out my inner Ninja Foodi pot after searing and used a tablespoon of olive oil to sauté the vegetables except the carrots. I left these whole and they were perfect with a 30 minute pressure cook time with a quick release. I also used apple juice as was suggested for the broth. I used fresh tyme as my herb and added 3 small tart apples that cooked down. So GOOD! Wonderful recipe. My husband loved it too. I served with rustic mash potatoes with the thicken gravy as per the recipe.
