Terrific! Whole fam thought it was a winner! The red wine and balsamic vinegar make a capitol gravy. I thought 3 minutes for carrots and potato’s left them slightly al dente and ended up cooking them for 6. When I make this recipe again I’ll go for 5 minutes on high pressure for the veggies. Well worth the effort and I’m calculating how soon I can make it again

Loved this ! Plus use a better balsamic vinegar and perhaps cook the sauce once the vinegar was added just a bit longer. I made this in my Dutch oven
