It was delish and everyone loved it! Even my picky granddaughter, although she did pick out the mushrooms! It was a very easy recipe and will definitely make this again!

This is Delicious and turned out great. I decided to just cook on the stove because i had a family pack of bone in chops. I basically followed the recipe except I used portabella mushrooms and added Parmesan cheese to the gravy. This is so good and would be great for serving company.
